"I love how you think of me without being told." -Bobby Vinton

This past Saturday we brought the booth to the fantastically rustic wedding reception of Meghan & Billy. The celebration was held at Scientists' Cliffs- a private community of log cabins located along the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. The community was first established in 1935 as a summer colony for scientists who were researching the lands American Chestnut trees. I loved this unique wedding venue! I also loved how the atmosphere was extremely cozy and felt like an intimate gathering of family and friends. Meghan & Billy- congrats and we are so glad we were able to help capture your big day!

Last Friday we brought the photobooth to the Athletic Recognition Event at Georgetown University. They really know how to throw awesome events for their students! The evening featured lovely speeches by alumni and award winners, a DJ, open bar, custom floral arrangements and a nice dinner catered by Georgetown Catering. Athletes of all sizes piled into the booth and got their photos taken. To Kellie and all the other Georgetown employees- thanks for having us and being such great hosts!

"Love like rain, can nourish from above, drenching couples with a soaking joy." -Paulo Coelho

Krystle and Bill's wedding was set in the picturesque Historic St. Mary's City. We've done weddings here before and I must say it is one of the most beautiful places to get married in Southern Maryland! When planning the wedding, I'm sure Krystle and her mom Debbie did not plan for the torrential downpours that came through St. Mary's County at the exact time of the reception. Having helped plan my own daughters wedding recently, I was feeling anxious for them both as we arrived to the venue. I was happy to see that the atmosphere in the tent was one of a cozy and joyous family gathering. The rain and wind was blowing in through the sides of the tents, what an crazy adventure! When you think about it, that's how marriage can be :). The bride and groom were relaxed and happy, not letting anything take from their special day! I'm sure you will agree as you view the photobooth pictures, a great time was had by all!

"Love me and the world is mine." -David Reed

So far, September has had PERFECT wedding weather. Kalan and Mikiela were blessed with great weather, great music and a great group of loved ones as they said their I Do's this past Saturday at Martin's Camelot of Upper Marlboro. The couple looked radiant in white and their wedding party looked sharp in shades of orange and sangria. The night was a lovely celebration of these newlyweds full of photobooth fun, shameless selfies, and dance floor madness. To the newlyweds- thanks for having us and congrats :).

"To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides." -David Viscott

Last night we took the photobooth to Kimberle & Josh's vineyard wedding. Located in the Southern Maryland countryside- Running Hare Vineyard is full of rolling hills, stunning views and miles of meticulously kept vines. The groom's brother hired us for their big day and I think it's safe to say that his gift was a hit :). The couple had a five hour rental time and I must say- there wasn't a dull moment! These two have a lively and hilarious group of family and friends that took full advantage of the photobooth. Congrats Kimberle and Josh and we hope you enjoy the pictures.
